Ciro is a wannabe crime lord, recently fled from Fallcrest. He arrived at Harken Village after a three-days’ journey by foot from the city, hoping to elude those back home who might wish him harm.
As a young goblin, he grew up amid the Daggerburg clan, but came into possession of an intelligent weapon, which spoke to him and opened his mind to a world beyond his provincial surroundings. Eventually, he outgrew these low beginnings and determined to make his way to the city of Fallcrest and try to make more of a life for himself. His chieftain, however, insisted that he leave the weapon.
